About Bill Shalkowski

Bill Shalkowski is the Sr. VP of Construction Management at The Solomon Foundation. Prior to joining TSF, he was the VP of Operations at Big Horn Plastering for 18 years. During these years, he was involved in many forms of construction. Some of his major projects included several California Embassy Suite Resorts, DIA Main Terminal, the Pepsi Center, Park Meadows Mall, Parker Adventist Hospital and several Colorado mountain resort properties.
Since joining TSF in 2012, Bill has completed over 30 projects involving ground up new construction to renovations at TSF churches. Bill is a true advocate for TSF and our mission. He states “After 3 years with TSF, I realize more and more every day how blessed I am to be a part of something so impactful to God’s Kingdom. TSF lends to churches, pays great rates to depositors, but the real story for me are the people being lead to Christ! ”
Bill holds a Blueprint & Design degree from the University of New Mexico.
Bill has been married to Christa for 20 years. Bill, Christa and their younger daughter Melissa live in Aurora, CO. His oldest daughter, Kelsey, attends San Diego Christian College. He is also active in a small remodel company performing basement finishes, tenant improvements and additions. Bill has been a member of Southeast Christian Church in Parker, CO since 2005 and is actively involved in the high school ministry, mission ministry and the Community Impact Project at church.
