Who is The Solomon Foundation?

The Solomon Foundation is a Church Extension Fund and a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. We offer investments to the people who attend Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, which are part of the Restoration Movement, and provide loans to these same churches, helping them expand their ministry.

To provide profitable investment opportunities to individuals, congregations and parachurch organizations and turn them into innovative loans for growing churches – ultimately providing an avenue for greater ministry and expanded impact.

Job Opportunities

Senior Marketing Graphic Artist / Team Lead

The Senior Marketing Graphic Artist / Team Lead is the primary creative professional responsible for developing compelling visual communications that advance The Solomon Foundation’s mission. This position leads the creation of assets across digital, print, social media, email, web, and events while ensuring brand excellence and consistency. In addition to serving as the organization’s lead graphic artist, this position provides day-to-day leadership for the marketing team by coordinating priorities, owning the marketing content calendar, reviewing creative work, and helping ensure projects are completed on time and at a high level of quality.

Formal personnel management responsibilities remain with the Chief Strategy Officer.

Additional Requirements and Benefits:

  • Must be currently attending a non-denominational Christian church or Church of Christ (non-negotiable).

  • Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt

  • FT/PT:  Full-time position, Colorado office (no remote availability – only on special occasions)

  • Reports to: SVP/Chief Strategy Officer

  • Salary: $70k -$75k

  • Benefits: 100% paid medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, MERP, and basic life insurance.

  • Holidays: 12 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.

  • PTO: begins accruing on your first paycheck.

Chief Lending Officer

The Chief Lending Officer is to lead and expand a high-performing lending platform that is making a lasting impact by financing ministry growth across the United States. Join one of the nation’s most mission-driven financial organizations today!

We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record in commercial lending, strong credit judgement, strategic vision, and a passion for developing people. Experience leading lending teams at a bank, credit union, private credit platform, or specialty finance company is highly valued.

Regional President (Midwest)

This senior leader will expand TSF’s presence across the region by building strong relationships with churches and investors, driving business development, raising deposits, and managing full P&L responsibility for the Midwest portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow TSF’s investment and loan portfolios through relationship‑driven business development
  • Raise deposits by engaging individuals, families, business owners, and churches in TSF’s investment offerings
  • Increase revenue through Legacy Funds by cultivating planned‑giving conversations and long‑term ministry partnerships
  • Identify and close lending opportunities that support church expansion and ministry growth
  • Own the regional balance sheet and income statement
  • Represent TSF at conferences, church events, and regional gatherings

What You Bring

  • Experience in business development, lending, fundraising, or financial services
  • Proven ability to raise capital, deposits, or donor‑advised‑fund‑style commitments
  • Solid financial acumen and comfort with P&L ownership
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for church growth
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest
