Who is The Solomon Foundation?
The Solomon Foundation is a Church Extension Fund and a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. We offer investments to the people who attend Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, which are part of the Restoration Movement, and provide loans to these same churches, helping them expand their ministry.

Job Opportunities
Retirement Operations Representative (ROR)
The Retirement Operations Representative assists the Trust Officer in administering TSF’s Retirement Department. The ROR maintains broad understanding and working knowledge of Retirement industry changes and requirements, assisting with implementation of and updates or changes associated. Assists the Investments team to assess TSF client’s retirement-based needs, explain retirement product’s characteristics and benefits, and which product may meet the client’s goals while maintaining compliance. The position requires strict adherence to compliance regulations and an eye for detail beyond the norm.
**To work for TSF you must be an active, attending member of a Non-Denominational Christian Church or Church of Christ** This is non-negotiable.
TSF will pay for you to study and sit for the Series 63 exam – completed during first 90 days of employment. Securing your Series 63 is a must for this position.
After 6 months of employment this position is eligible for hybrid work (2 days per week) per supervisor approval, and this can be changed or revoked depending upon business needs.

Wage: $26.45 – $27.40/hour. Full-time. M-F. In office 8:30am-5pm.
