Meet the CEO of The Solomon Foundation
Joshua J. Means
Joshua Means assumed the role of CEO for The Solomon Foundation in March 2025. Means has an extensive banking background and was born into a family of faith that spans four generations. He has a degree in business and organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University and attended Southern Methodist University’s graduate school of banking. Prior to joining TSF, he was the CEO of community markets with Equity Bank based in Lee’s Summit, Mo., where he led the community markets in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Before that, he was vice president of the Wesleyan Investment Foundation. He’s been on the board of Christian Financial Resources for a number of years and served as chairman. Means possesses an innovative, experienced, and sustainable approach to leadership which will serve TSF well as it expands its impact, providing churches with financial resources they need to grow and thrive.

Douglas Crozier
Doug Crozier is the founding CEO of The Solomon Foundation, the fastest-growing church extension fund in American history. He helped start the organization in 2010 and served as CEO through March 2025. During TSF’s first 13 years under Crozier’s leadership, he grew the organization to unprecedented numbers in the church extension fund industry. With a background in banking and finance and a passion for the Restoration Movement, Crozier previously served as COO and president of Church Development Fund in Irvine, Calif. Throughout the course of his career, he has worked with more than 1,800 churches. Crozier’s personal priorities are Kingdom first, family second, then business. His entrepreneurial spirit and devotion to the Restoration Movement Christian Church served as the foundation for a career devoted to furthering God’s Kingdom.
