Who is The Solomon Foundation?
The Solomon Foundation is a Church Extension Fund and a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. We offer investments to the people who attend Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, which are part of the Restoration Movement, and provide loans to these same churches, helping them expand their ministry.

To provide profitable investment opportunities to individuals, congregations and parachurch organizations and turn them into innovative loans for growing churches – ultimately providing an avenue for greater ministry and expanded impact.

Job Opportunities
Operations Support Representative (OSR)
The Operations Support Representative (OSR) provides essential operational, administrative, and front-office support, including answering busy phones and supporting investor transaction processing and compliance-related functions. This role is customer-facing and requires an in-office presence. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Education and Experience Needed:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in operations, office support, or customer service preferred.

Series 63 license required (or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe, if applicable).

Comfortable with and excited about technology; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience with transaction input and financial or operational systems preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask without getting easily flustered.

Proficiency with basic office technology and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx).

Professional, reliable, and punctual.

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

A servant’s heart—one that is not easily annoyed with requests for help.

A passion for connecting with people on the phone and in person.

Reliable, responsible, and able to see projects through completion.
Additional Requirements and Benefits:

Must be currently attending a non-denominational Christian church or Church of Christ (non-negotiable).

Non-exempt hourly: $23.32–$24.03/hour (approximately $48,000–$50,000 annually).
