We are excited to see you all in one space!

Join us for our Olympic-themed Summer Staff Week! We’ll kick off as a full group with the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday. We will then join together for worship, all-staff meetings, fun Olympic-themed games, and group dinners.  We are excited to have you all together to learn, grow, and make memories as a team. Let the games begin!

6PM: Team night- Feel free to join up with another team. Each team lead plans the dinner and coordinates with their team. TSF covers food.

August 1, 2024

9AM: All Staff Meetings 

5:30PM: Family Dinner (Bayou Gulch Park)

TSF pays for meat and local staff brings a side, potluck style.

When Should Remote Workers Arrive?

Remote workers should get there on August 30th prior to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

What Should I Wear?

Normal business casual attire. TSF will provide a shirt for you to wear for the Grand Opening Party- please contact Shea Hill if you have not given her your T-shirt size yet.

Can My Significant Other Join?

Please feel free to bring family and friends to the Grand Opening Celebration and to the Family Dinner. Any other questions can be directed to your supervisor.

Will I Need to Buy My Dinner at The Grand Opening Celebration?

TSF will pay $20 per TSF staff member and $20 for a plus one. Families or other additions are welcome but will need to pay for their own meal.
