There is an enormous kitchen in the house for us to make meals and enjoy together! A TSF cooking team has volunteered to help prepare meals. Please let us know about any allergies and you are also welcome to to bring your own food and prepare it if that is easier.

These few days will be a mix of business, learning, and fun. Expect meetings, brainstorming, worship and devotions, campfires, games, and meals all while being surrounded by God’s amazing creation!

Casual clothes for recreation. Jackets and pants for the evenings as it can get cooler. Tennis shoes or hiking boots for walking, games, etc. Hats, sunscreen, bug spray, and sun protection are always encouraged. Please bring a lawn chair, if you are able, for extra seating during our campfires. Bring your work computer and talk to your supervisor to see if there is anything extra they want you to bring. (Note: Bedding and towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.)

Whenever a personal automobile is used, outside of an employees’ standard office commute, reimbursement will be made at a cost per mile basis, in accordance with the current Internal Revenue Service rate.

• Please track your mileage from the office to Estes Park on Monday and your mileage back to the office on Wednesday morning.
• Please avoid the toll roads.
• You can enter your mileage in Paycom after the retreat for reimbursement on your next paycheck.
• Please carpool if you can.
• If you are using a company car, you will not be reimbursed for mileage.

• You will be paid for 8 hours each day we are not in the office.
